By accessing this website and / or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service including but not limited to any additional policies referenced here. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

PREORDER POLICIES 

Most of our items are produced on a pre-order basis, allowing your order to be specially made for you. Due to this :

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Returns and refunds are not available.
  • Size adjustments may be requested within a reasonable timeframe prior to production.

We kindly ask that you double-check sizing, shipping information, and other important order details before completing your purchase as we cannot promise that we will be able to edit them.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS 

We occasionally will offer a limited selection of ready-to-ship pieces, these items are already made and will be processed and shipped within our stated handling timeframe. Due to the limited quantity of ready to ship pieces :

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
  • Items are final sale unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping addresses must be entered correctly at checkout as we are unable to guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

We kindly ask that you review sizing details carefully before purchasing as inventory is limited and exchanges are not guaranteed.

PRICING & PAYMENTS 

All prices are listed in USD ( unless otherwise stated ). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. If prices are changed within 3 days of your order you are eligible for a price adjustment, we ask that you send a screenshot of your order as well as the currently listed price ( this does not apply to items that go on sale or are put on clearance ).

Payment must be completed at checkout before production or order processing begins. By submitting a payment, you confirm the billing information provided is accurate and authorized as well as the fact you are above the age of majority in your state or have a guardian supervising your purchase.

SHIPPING 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once your order has left our facility. However, if an issue arises, we promise we will do our very best to assist you in finding a suitable resolution.

Please keep in mind incorrect shipping information provided at checkout may result in additional shipping fees, delays, or lost orders.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Due to the way our brand operates, availability may be limited, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Slight variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur due to screen settings or production differences. While we strive to ensure product images are as accurate as possible, small disparities may present themselves.

We pour love and creativity into each piece we create and we kindly ask that you respect that. If you are inspired by our pieces and would like to distribute a similar piece we only ask that you message us beforehand. 

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. By purchasing from us you agree that our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order excluding shipping and taxes.
