Thank you so much for your patience and support while your item(s) are being thoughtfully prepared for you! ♡ Because many of our items are made on a pre-order basis processing times may be a bit longer than traditional retail. 

Throughout these terms, Cheri Lapinot may be referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. While this brand is independently owned and operated by one individual, these terms are used to represent the company and brand as a whole. 

Order Processing Time 

All orders require 3-14 days for processing before shipment. This timeframe allows for production, quality checks, and careful packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

For pre-order items, this same 3-14 day processing time frame begins once the items have been delivered to us and are ready to be prepared for shipment to you. 

We truly appreciate your understanding as this current schedule allows us to maintain the quality and detail that makes each of our pieces special.

Shipping time 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time is dependent on the shipping provider and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are determined by the carrier and may vary based on location, demand, weather, or other external factors out of our control.

Please note the shipping time is separate from the processing time.

After your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if an issue arises, we promise we will do our very best to assist you in finding a suitable resolution.

Please keep in mind incorrect shipping information provided at checkout may result in additional shipping fees, delays, or lost orders.
