Thank you so much for supporting our tiny little brand! Many of our pieces are created on a pre-order basis, which allows us to thoughtfully produce every item just for you, while remaining environmentally conscious.

Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. This policy helps us protect the integrity of the pre-order production cycle and continue delivering quality pieces at affordable prices. 

We understand that sizing can often times be a bit tricky, so we are more than happy to accommodate reasonable size changes before orders enter production. Please be sure to reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance.

In the rare event that an issue occurs during shipping, we will work with you to make it right. Whether that means working together with the carrier for a refund, issuing a replacement due to damaged goods, or resolving any delivery concerns. Your happiness always comes first for us!
